This is an overnight camp

Showtime at FlipFest is an overnight camp. Your camp fee includes your athletes spot in a bunk and meals while on-site. Athletes can choose to stay off-site, please let us know in advance. If the athlete is on-site, that athlete must stay on-site for the duration of the camp.

FlipFest does require additional waviers, click the link to print, fill out and bring to check in.

When you arrive at camp, stay in your vehicle. Someone will direct you to your cabin. Once athletes have been dropped off, continue to drive around and exit camp. If the parent plans to hangout for a little bit, please pull back to the front for parking.

What to pack for the bunk

-Bedding for twin size mattress

-Toiletries

-Warm clothes (nights get chilly)

-All necessary training gear

Parent Chaperones

I am always looking for parent chaperones for the bunks. If this is something you are interested in, please shoot me an email.  As a chaperone, there is no additional fee. You will stay in bunk with athletes. All meals are included.

Duties:

-Lights out

-Athletes are up and make it to breakfast

-Nightly emergency (sick, etc)

Medical Trainer will also be on-site full time.

What to expect

During camp athletes will be place in groups based off of graduation year, not by team. Placing athletes by graduation year allows coaches to properly evaluate the athletes among their peers.

Each athlete will receive one Training Leo to be worn durning Saturdays session. Please use sizing chart link above. Each Leo is ordered based on what is entered at the time of enrollment.

Athletes will rotate through all 4 apparatus: Bars, Beam, Floor and Vault. There will be additional rotations for the athletes as well, depending on location and availability. In the past we have had: Speed & Agility, Self Defense, HipHop, Yoga, Nutrition, Judging & Rules, NIL, Mental Training and Nutrition.

What if my coach can't make it?

Don't worry! Your coach does not have to be present during camp. The NCAA coaches will be the clinician for each event. At Showtime we strive to have at least 2 NCAA clinicians per event.

What to bring

Athletes will need to bring their normal daily training gear. Grips, tape, extra training apparel, water bottle, hair accessories and anything else that is used on a daily basis.

Trainer

At Showtime we always have a certified athlete trainer on-site, fully available for the athletes!
