What to expect

This is a prep camp. At our Showtime All-Level Camp you can expect your athlete to refine current skill and to learn something new. Working with our in house staff and additional clinicians, your athlete will be taught the proper progression to set her up for success!

Each athlete will receive one Training Leo to be worn durning Saturdays session. Please use sizing chart link above. Each Leo is ordered based on size entered at the time of enrollment.

Athletes will rotate through all 4 apparatus: Bars, Beam, Floor and Vault. There will be additional rotations for the athletes as well, depending on location and availability. In the past we have had: Speed & Agility, Self Defense, HipHop, Yoga, Nutrition, Judging & Rules, NIL, Mental Training and Nutrition.

What if my coach can't make it?

Don't worry! Your coach does not have to be present during camp. The NCAA coaches will be the clinician for each event. At Showtime we strive to have at least 2 NCAA clinicians per event.

What to bring

Athletes will need to bring their normal daily training gear. Grips, tape, extra training apparel, water bottle, hair accessories and anything else that is used on a daily basis.

Trainer

At Showtime we always have a certified athlete trainer on-site, fully available for the athletes!
